NSOROMOTU Pascal Iheanacho hails from Oboro Amurie, Isu Local Government Area, Imo State. He is a community leader and a philanthropist. He is a change catalyst and has passion for growth and development. He graduated from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Department of Banking and Finance. (Second Class upper). He holds M.sc degree in Finance from the University of Lagos. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN). He is also a member of the Governing Council of The Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN). He is currently the National Treasurer, Association of Professional Bodies of Nigeria (APBN)

Pascal became an associate of The Chartered Institute of Bakers of Nigeria in 2003, and since then has remained focused and resolute, in the affairs of the Institute. He started mentoring and preparing candidates for CIBN exams as soon as he became chartered. He is currently an examiner with CIBN in the area of Finance in Global Market. He is a member of Capacity Building and Certification Committee. Because of his passion for learning and development, he Co-authored the Study pack for Finance in Global Market, in line with the new CIBN syllabus. He is currently an exco member in CIBN Lagos branch. He is the Vice Chairman of Education committee in CIBN Lagos Branch. He was the chairman planning committee of the maiden CIBN Lagos Millenium Bankers Conference, held in Lagos.

Pascal Started his career as a Lecturer (Research Fellow) in Covenant University, Ota Ogun State. From there he proceeded to Equatorial Trust Bank (now Sterling Bank), to have practical knowledge of his course. From Equitorial Trust Bank, He moved to Oceanic Bank (now Eco Bank), where he worked in various departments, including Marketing, Operations, Dispute resolution. Pascal performed marvelously well while he journeyed for 13 years in the banking industry. He handled many sensitive tasks which earned him love and accolades from both his superior and junior colleagues. Pascal is currently the MD/CEO of De-Ideal Pason Global Limited. A company involved in financial consultancy and Training. He is married with 4 kids.
